Run by husband and wife team, we're a small business with big dreams. NextStay was established in 2025 when we got a bee in our bonnet, and we're hoping the rest will one day be history. (Good history, though.) Between us we have years of experience in the industry combined with 14 years as a business owner, and we think that makes for a dream team.
We have a small but dedicated team of housekeepers who truly love what they do and want the same thing we do: for your guests to feel at home the moment they walk in.

Having worked in the front lines of the industry, we know just how difficult cleaning can be. That's why we're committed to paying our housekeepers fairly above minimum wage. Our goal is to make sure our employees are always happy and feel appreciated, even if it means we make a little less at our end.

Our philosophy is that a good clean is one that goes unnoticed. We want every guest who walks into your property to feel as though they're the first ones who've ever stayed there, bringing that childhood excitement of a good holiday into the ever-stressful lives of adults. Our individualised processes for each property ensures an impossibly high standard every time.

We're all about communication. Our cleaners take photos of your property at the end of each clean, so even if you aren't local, you can see the condition of your property for your guests in real time. We know how stressful it can be to be far away, so we go the extra mile to give owners that peace of mind, no matter the distance.

We can do anything from an in-and-out clean to more in-depth property management, meaning you can put your feet up and let us do the work. Living room light bulb gone out mid-stay? No problem, we can swing by. Want us to handle booking your laundry? You got it. Need a plumber or handyman for that niggle in the bathroom? We can hook you up.
